About

We believe doing business better...is doing it DIFFERENTLY.

When “business as usual” isn’t good enough, you need the right partner.  N-Touch helps our clients turn data into advanced insights, translate strategy into actionable plans, and use technology to drive innovation.  That's why N-Touch is not like other strategic management firms.  We believe in results — not empty promises.  Our team is comprised of former executives who have worked in leadership roles at Fortune 500’s.  We have both strategic and functional expertise.  We understand what it means to put a plan into action and be responsible for the results.  We don’t make promises that we can’t keep, and we don’t walk away and not look back.  We are high touch during every phase of the project, and we stay “in touch” long after the project is complete.   We don’t simply advise our clients on how to do something - we help them implement the plan.  We hold ourselves accountable for successful business outcomes and that’s why we have repeat or ongoing business with 98% of our customers.

95% our clients achieve their growth targets with an average of 15 to 20% growth

8-10% cost savings from business integration and scale initiatives.

Our success is powered by our talent.  Our team members have both industry expertise as well as practical hands-on experience working for Fortune 500s.

"Natasha and her team consistently led triple-digit performance managing one of the fastest-growing brands in our portfolio.”

— Kevin Otero, Global Vice President, Professional Care, Procter & Gamble

Bill helps to bridge the gap between efforts to maximize return on marketing investments and deliver a more compelling and targeted customer experience.  He is particularly adept at linking and leveraging disparate data assets from transactions, emails, CRM, call centers, social media, web sites and other databases creating a single customer view that achieves client goals and improves profitability.
